DEE Assam LP UP Teacher Merit List 2021
Directorate of Elementary Education (DEE), Assam has released a notification regarding publication of Provisional Merit Lists for the recruitment of 5043 Assistant Teacher (LP and UP) and Hindi Teacher vacancy. Accordingly they are asked to select their option for a district and a post.

1. Assistant Teacher (LP): 5743
2. Assistant Teacher (UP): 2265
3. Science Teacher (UP): 422
4. Hindi Teacher (UP): 1242
5. Assamese Language Teacher: 188
5. Manipuri Language Teacher: 22
Total No of posts: 9882 Posts
1st Provisional Merit List Availability Date: Midnight of 10.12.2020 onwards.
2nd Provisional Merit List Availability Date: Midnight of 28.12.2020 onwards.
3rd Provisional Merit List Availability Date: Midnight of 16.01.2021 onwards.
4th Provisional Merit List Availability Date: Midnight of 21.01.2021 onwards.
5th Provisional Merit List Availability Date: Midnight of 25.01.2021 onwards.
6th Provisional Merit List Availability Date: 2 PM of 28.01.2021 onwards.
7th Provisional Merit List Availability Date: 12:00 Noon of 30.01.2021 onwards
8th Provisional Merit List Availability Date: 31.01.2021
Final Merit List: 04.02.2021, 12:00 Noon
DEE Assam LP UP Final Merit List & Distribution of Appointment Letter:
● The Final Select List of the Assistant Teachers of Lower Primary School and Assistant Teacher, Science Teacher, Assamese Language Teacher, Manipuri Language Teacher of Upper Primary Schools against the Advertisement-A vide No. EAA/SIU/125/2020/40 dated 11/09/2020 and Hindi Teachers of Upper Primary Schools against the Advertisement-B vide No. EAA/SIU/125/2020/43 dated 11/09/2020 under the Directorate of Elementary Education, Assam will be published in the official website of DEE, Assam, i.e. dee.assam.gov.in from 12:00 Noon of 04/02/2021 onwards and the appointment letters will be ceremonially inaugurated and by the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Assam on 05/02/2021, in the One-Day Orientation cum Ceremonial Distribution of Appointment Letters at the Sarusajai Stadium, Guwahati, Assam.
● The candidates listed in the 8th Provisional Merit Lists are hereby informed to make it convenient to be present in the One-Day Orientation cum Ceremonial Distribution of Appointment Letters at the Sarusajai Stadium, Guwahati, Assam at 9:00 AM on 05/02/2021; but must confirm their names in the Final Select Lists being uploaded. The candidates are requested to bring the copy of Application Acknowledgement and a Photo Identity Proof for entry into the venue.
● All the Provisional Merit Lists published against Advertisement - A and Advertisement - B will automatically be cancelled after the publication of the Final Select Lists.
● Any claim for appointment to the post of Regular Teacher on the basis of appearance of name in Provisional Merit Lists will NOT be entertained.
● Appointment letters will be issued to the candidates whose names appear in the Final Select List.
● The selected candidates are requested to attend the One-Day Orientation cum Ceremonial Distribution of Appointment Letters at the Sarusajai Stadium, Guwahati, Assam at 9:00 AM on 05/02/2021.
