Job in NCDC: National Cooperative Development Corporation (NCDC) has invited application for the posts of 30 Dy. Director, Assistant Director, Programme Officer, Senior Assistant & Junior Assistant vacancy.

1. Dy. Director
No. of Post: 03
Age limit: 35 years.
Pay Scale: Level-11 in pay Matrix as per 7th CPC.
2. Assistant Director
No. of Post: 09
Age limit: 30 years.
Pay Scale: Level-10 in pay Matrix as per 7th CPC.
3. Programme Officer
No. of Post: 06
Age limit: 30 years.
Pay Scale: Level-7 in pay Matrix as per 7th CPC.
4. Senior Assistant
No. of Post: 03
Age limit: 30 years.
Pay Scale: Level-6 in pay Matrix as per 7th CPC.
5. Junior Assistant
No. of Post: 06
Age limit: 27 years.
Pay Scale: Level-4 in pay Matrix as per 7th CPC.
Educational qualification of NCDC Recruitment 2021:
1. Dy. Director:
i) Bachelor’s degree with MBA/(2-years’ full time/ 3-years’ part-time) with specialization in Finance/ Marketing or Post-Graduation in Economics/ Commerce/Statistics/ Agri-business/ Rural Management/ Cooperative Management/ Banking/Insurance, or Chartered Accountant/ Cost Accountant.
ii) 5 years’ post-qualification experience in executive capacity in finance, accounts, costing, taxation, risk assessment, audit, resource management, project appraisal, financing, monitoring, evaluation and allied functions in a bank/ financial/ developmental institution, and also conversant with use of computer and related software.
iii) BE/B.Tech in Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Electronics/ Communication, or MCA, or M.Sc. in Computer Science.
iv) 5 years’ post-qualification experience in supervisory/ executive capacity preferably in a bank / financial institution, in the areas of systems analysis/ data management/ development of need-based software on Oracle, SQL Server etc
v) BE/B.Tech in Food Processing.
vi) 5 years’ post-qualification experience in executive capacity in implementing/ operating/ maintaining/ quality control etc. of units in the given field and conversant with use of computer and related software.
2. Assistant Director:
i) Bachelor’s degree with MBA/(2-years’ full time/3-years’ part-time) with specialization in Finance/ Marketing or Post-Graduation in Economics/ Commerce/ Statistics/ Agri-business/ Rural Management/ Cooperative Management/ Banking/Insurance, or Chartered Accountant/
ii) 2 years’ post-qualification experience in finance, accounts, audit, project appraisal, project financing, monitoring, evaluation and allied functions in a bank/ financial/ developmental institution, and also conversant with use of computer and related software
iii) Bachelor’s degree in Law and enrolled as an Advocate with the Bar Council.
iv) 2 years’ post-qualification experience in the areas of legal/ financial documentation, mortgages, guarantees, hypothecation, recovery suits/claims etc. and matters relating to litigation in different Courts of Law/Tribunals preferably in banks/financial institutions and conversant with use of computer and related software
v) BE/B.Tech in Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Electronics/ Communication, or MCA, or M.Sc. in Computer Science.
vi) 2 years’ post-qualification experience in a bank/financial institution in the areas of systems analysis/data management/ development of need-based software on Oracle, SQL Server etc.
vii) B.Tech/B.sc in Horticulture.
vii) 2 years’ post-qualification experience in implementing/ operating/ maintaining/ quality control etc. of units in the given field and also conversant with use of computer and related software.
ix) Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Science & Animal Husbandry (B.V.Sc. & AH).
x) 2 years’ post-qualification experience in implementing/ operating/ maintaining/ quality control etc. of units in the given field and also conversant with use of computer and related software
3. Programme Officer:
(i) Degree of a recognized University with not less than 50% marks (relaxable upto 45% in the case of SC/ST).
(ii) 2 years post qualification experience in Central /State Govt./ Semi Govt. Organizations/Coop. Organizations.
Desirable: Diploma in Cooperation.
4. Senior Assistant:
(i) Degree of a recognized University with not less than 50% marks (relaxable upto 45% in the case of SC/ST).
(ii) Knowledge of computers.
5. Junior Assistant: Degree of a recognized University with knowledge of computers.
