Job Description:

Support Engineer – L2 is the one who provide support on Technical issues on website and mobile App platform. An ideal candidate should have a strong mindset of application support with Technical Support background. The activities include Supporting all inter organization teams on all sorts of technical issues. The successful applicant will closely work with Customer Support Representative, Business Development, Developer team and other technical teams in a highly collaborative environment to provide rapid response to production emergencies and fixes.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor production issue queue on a rotation basis and work with Developer and Product team to prioritize, analyze and manage them to closure.
  • Be the teams representative on track, manage, trouble-shoot and fix technical issues-
  • short term and long term.
  • Provide on-call support during off-hours as needed to supplement dedicated 24/7 team.


Educational Qualification:

  • Engineering Graduates – B.E/Btech, MCA
  • 0 to 1 year experience with any application support/technical support experience Or Fresher with good communication skills & technical knowledge will also be considered.
  • Good command on SQL, Mongo DB and any of the scripting language(C, C++, Python).
Skills:

  • Ability and desire to strive in a proactive, high pressure, customer facing environment.
  • Prior application support experience is preferable.Roles and Responsibilities
