CSIR-Institute of Microbial Technology (CSIR-IMTECH) has invited application for the posts of 10 Junior Secretariat Assistant and Junior Stenographer Vacancy. Eligible citizens of India may apply online by visiting the IMTECH recruitment portal at (www.imtech.res.in).
CSIR IMTECH Recruitment 2021:
1. Junior Secretariat Assistant (General/ Store & Purchase)
No. of posts: 07 [UR-5, OBC-2]
Educational Qualification: 10+2/ XII or its equivalent and proficiency in computer typing speed of 35 w.p.m in English or 30 w.p.m in Hindi typewriting** and in using computer as per the prescribed norms fixed by DoPT from time to time.
**35 words per minute/30 words per minute correspond to 10500 KDPH/ 9000 KDPH on an average of 5 key depressions for each word. Time allowed is 10 minutes.
Pay: 7 CPC Pay Level-2 Rs. 19900-63200 (Approximate TE 27520/- INR)
Age Limit: 28 years
2. Junior Secretariat Assistant (Finance & Accounts)
No. of posts: 02 [UR-1, SC-1]
Educational Qualification: 10+2/ XII or its equivalent with Accountancy as a subject and proficiency in computer typing speed of 35 w.p.m in English or 30 w.p.m in Hindi typewriting** and in using computer as per the prescribed norms fixed by DoPT from time to time.
**35 words per minute/30 words per minute correspond to 10500 KDPH/ 9000 KDPH on an average of 5 key depressions for each word. Time allowed is 10 minutes.
Pay: 7 CPC Pay Level-2 Rs. 19900-63200 (Approximate TE 27520/- INR)
Age Limit: 28 years
3. Junior Stenographer
No. of posts: 01 [OBC]
Educational Qualification: 10+2/ XII or its equivalent and speed of 80 w.p.m in Shorthand and proficiency in computer typing speed of 40 w.p.m in typewriting** in English or 35 w.p.m in typewriting in Hindi and in using computer as per the prescribed norms fixed by DoPT from time to time.
**40 words per minute/35 words per minute correspond to 12000 KDPH/10500 KDPH on an average of 5 key depressions for each word. Time allowed is 10 minutes.
Pay: 7 CPC Pay Level-4 Rs. 25500-81100 (Approximate TE 36021/- INR)
Age Limit: 27 years
Job Requirement & Desirable Qualification:
i) All clerical, typing jobs and other work as assigned from time to time and preference shall be given to the candidates having knowledge of Computers to work on MS Office, Excel and typewriting in both English & Hindi.
ii) All the typewriting tests will be on computer only.
Age Relaxation:
(i) Upper age limit relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST category and upto 03 years for OBC category candidates only for the posts which are reserved for them.
(ii) Upper age limit for Person with Disabilities will be relaxable by 10 years (15 years for SC/ST & 13 years for OBC). The persons claiming age relaxation under PWD category would be required to produce a certificate in prescribed proforma in support of their claims clearly indicating that the degree of physical disability is 40% or more.
(iii) There is no age limit for departmental candidates (CSIR employees) provided they possess the prescribed qualifications.
