1. Social Development Specialist
No of posts: 01 post
Remuneration: The monthly remuneration would be between Rs 1,20,000/- to Rs. 1,50,000 or 30% hike on the existing remuneration whichever is less . Depending on qualification, experience and competency of the candidate, the remuneration is negotiable.
Educational Qualification: Masters/ Post Graduate degree in Social Sciences relevant discipline e.g. Social work/ Sociology/ Anthropology.
Experience:
- Minimum ten (10) years’ experience in the field of social development including SIA, Land Acquisition, Resettlement, undertaking stakeholder consultation, conducting/facilitating socio-economic surveys, undertaking social impact assessments and preparation of Resettlement Action Plans, Indigenous Peoples Development Plans in accordance with World Bank’s requirements. S/he should have worked on at least three (3) infrastructure projects preferably of similar nature, of which at least one should have been funded by multilateral agencies.
- Knowledge of legal/regulatory requirements of GOI and GOA on land acquisition, resettlement and rehabilitation and existing government welfare /rehabilitation schemes.
- Experience of working as Social Development specialist for major Infrastructure projects.
- Familiarity with the working with Donor (World Bank, ADB, etc.) funded projects/ World Bank NGOs and other development agencies.
2. Procurement Management Assistant
No of posts: 01 post
Remuneration: Consolidated Remuneration will be depending on qualification, experience, and competency of the candidate. Remuneration payable will be determined asper HR Policy of AIWTDS.
Educational Qualification:
- Graduate(from a Govt. recognized University) in any discipline.
- Post Graduation MBA (from a Govt. recognized University) will be preferred.
Experience:
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of procurement guidelines and procedures with working experience of minimum two (2) years in reputed projects.
- Experience in supporting procurement related activities in any World Bank funded projects/ externally aided projects or similar Govt. of India funded projects/National level reputed projects will be preferred.
3. Financial Management Assistant
No of posts: 01 post
Remuneration: Consolidated Remuneration will be depending on qualification, experience, and competency of the candidate. Remuneration payable will be determined asper HR Policy of AIWTDS.
Educational Qualification: Commerce Graduate/ Post Graduate (from a Govt. recognized University).
Experience:
- In-depth knowledge of financial management procedures applicable for World Bank funded projects and having hands on experience of operating Tally accounting software, along with minimum 2 (two) years of experience in financial management related activities in any World Bank funded projects/ Externally aided projects or similar Govt. of India funded projects/ National level reputed projects.
- Proven practical skills in the area of Financial Management aspects.
- Demonstrate awareness of World Bank Financial Management policies, best practices, etc.
4. Project Officer
No of posts: 01 post
Remuneration: Indicative consolidated remuneration will be in the range between Rs. 1,50,000/- to Rs.1,60,000 per month or 30% hike on the existing remuneration whichever is less. Depending on qualification, experience and competency of the candidate, the salary is negotiable. Exact remuneration payable will be determined asper HR Policy of AIWTDS which is being finalised.
Educational Qualification: Bachelor degree from Govt recognised university/ institution.
Experience:
- Minimum 25 years’ experience in Partnership management with service providers both public and private, coordinating relationship with project stakeholders as well as external resource agencies.
- Knowledge of Teambuilding across the project and handholding on project management, performing administrative function, financial management and conflict solution to district and other units.
- Knowledge of project-based studies, evaluation and research assignment.
- Knowledge of quality control practices.
- Should have experience in EAP project overall handling.
5. Environmental Specialist
No of posts: 01 post
Remuneration: The monthly fixed remuneration shall be between Rs. 1,20,000 to Rs. 1,50,000 per month depending on qualification, experience, and competency of the candidate or 30% hike on the existing remuneration whichever is less.
Educational Qualification: Master/ Post Graduate Degree in Environmental Planning/ Environmental Engineering / Environmental Sciences or relevant disciplines.
Experience:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in conducting EIA, environment modelling and preparing Environment Management plans.
- Strong understanding and past experience of implementing World Bank Environmental Safeguard policies and ESHS guidelines.
- Field experience in assessing project site issues, vulnerabilities/ risks, as well as supervising/ inspecting/ monitoring projects during implementation to mitigate and monitor environmental impacts.
- Experience of working as environmental official/ expert for major Infrastructure projects preferably in the IWT sector.
- Proficiency in use of Computers to manage data base and generation of reports, with overall good communication skills (in English and Hindi); knowledge of Assamese language is preferable.
6. Assistant Project Manager-Technical
No of posts: 01 post
Remuneration: The monthly fixed remuneration will be Rs. 70,000 to Rs. 90,000 per month or 30% hike on the existing remuneration whichever is less.
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in civil engineering.
- Master Degree will be preferred.
- Advanced construction management/ Post Graduate Diploma in construction management will be preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum 8 years’ experience of which majority of experience in project management of large-scale transport infrastructure projects.
- Experience in large scale construction in port infrastructure and particularly marine sector preferable.
- Experience in World Bank/ Externally Aided Projects/ Govt. projects will be preferred.
