The results of Assam HSLC Examinations 2026 are likely to be declared tomorrow (April 10), Education Minister Dr Ranoj Pegu announced today after exercising his franchise in Dhemaji from where he is seeking re-election.“The results of the HSLC Examinations 2026 are ready as far as I know. And since it was earlier conveyed that the results will be declared a day after voting for the assembly elections takes place, I am of the view that the results will be declared tomorrow (April 10),” he told.

ASSEB Rechecking Form
Once the ASSEB Results declared, candidates who are not satisfied with their results may apply online for rechecking of answer script/s. The Results of Re-checking will be informed to the Applicant through a Notification within 30 days from the last date of receipt of application.
Re-Checking shall include the following.
a) Re-totalling of Marks awarded by the Examiner.
b) Assessment of Answer (s) which has/have left out unevaluated.
c) Correction of wrong entry of marks of any manner/nature.

The Assam State School Education Board (ASSEB) is formed under the Assam State School Education Board Act, 2024, by merging the Board of Secondary Education, Assam (SEBA) and Assam Higher Secondary Education Council (AHSEC).
The ASSEB came in to existence from 13th Sep 2024, with the taking of oath by Sri R. C. Jain, IAS (Retd.), Chairman, ASSEB, Sri Rukma Gohain Baruah, Vice-Chairman, ASSEB, Division - II and other members. Accordingly Board of Secondary Education (SEBA) is now known as Assam State School Education Board, Division - I and Assam Higher Secondary Education Council (AHSEC) is now known as Division - II.
