Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) has released the admit cards of the PET/PST of 1149 Constable (Fire) Posts. Candidates who submitted online applications for the recruitment of 1149 Posts of Constable (Fire)  will able to download their admit cards from the official website of CISF. The PST/ PET involves evaluation of height, chest and completion of race within a stipulated period of time.

Selection Process of CISF Recruitment


Candidates who will manage to secure minimum qualifying marks will appear in Physical Efficiency Test. Final selection will be made on the basis of marks obtained in written examination. In the last stage of recruitment, a document verification round is to be conducted.

1. Physical Standards Test (PST):

To qualify this test, the candidates have to fulfil the following standards.

Height: 170 Centimetres

Chest: 80-85 Centimetres (Minimum expansion 5 Centimetres)

Weight: Proportionate to height and age as per medical standards. Weight will be recorded at the time of physical measurements but the decision on fitness on account of weight will be taken at the time of medical examination.

Relaxation: For relaxation details, please refer to the official notification.

2. Physical Efficiency Test (PET):

Race: To qualify this PET, candidates have to clear 5 Kilometre run in 24 minutes.

3. Written Examination:

CISF will conduct a computer based written examination to check the educational knowledge of the candidate and all the applicants will be required to appear in this test to proceed with the selection process. The pattern of this written test can be as follows.

Type of Question: The questions in the Written Examination will be of 12th standard (science subject).

Duration of Exam: 120 Minutes

Type of Exam: The Constable written exam will be based on OMR (Optical Mark Recognition) system and Computer Based Test (CBT).

Medium of Exam: The question paper will be bilingual i.e. in Hindi and English.

Date of Exam: Exam date will be announced separately.

4. Document Verification:

Candidates who successfully clear the PET will have to go through a document verification process to proceed in the selection process. In this process, the authority will check the details and documents provided by the candidates while applying for the recruitment.

5. Medical Examination:

This is the final stage of the selection process, the candidates will be medically examined on prescribed basis for physical and mental health.
