Educational Qualification: Graduate/ Post Graduate
Experience: Prior experience in Admission counseling in School/ College, student mobilization preferred (2-3 years)
Skills Required:
- Strong verbal communication skills in English, Hindi and local/ regional language
- Basic computer knowledge – MS Excel, CRM tools, or call tracking software
- Ability to convince and engage with youth from diverse backgrounds
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and persuasive
- Good listening and interpersonal skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective students/youth and inform them about available skill development programs.
- Explain course details, eligibility criteria, benefits, and future career opportunities.
- Generate interest and schedule walk-ins or virtual counselling sessions.
- Maintain and update the call database and share regular follow-up reports.
- Coordinate with the field mobilization team and center heads for smooth enrollment.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and enrollment targets.
- Handle inbound queries courteously and provide timely information.
- Participate in outreach campaigns, job fairs, and mobilization drives as required.
- Provide regular feedback to the team for improving marketing strategies.
