Bank of Baroda has invited application for the recruitment of 5000 Apprentice Posts under the Apprentices Act 1961 (as amended from time to time). Interested and eligible candidates may apply online here.
Minimum educational qualification is to be a graduate and last date of submission of application is 8th June 2026.

Duration of Training: 12 months of On-the Job Training
Stipend/ Benefit: The apprentices are eligible for a stipend of ₹15,000/- per month during their engagement period of 01 (one) year. The apprentices are not eligible for any other allowances/ benefits.
* The Stipend will be paid to apprentices on completion of each month after adjusting Loss of Pay, if any.
Eligibility Criteria of Bank of Baroda Apprentice Recruitment
Age Limit: Age of the candidates must be minimum 20 years and maximum 28 years as on 01.05.2026.
Age Relaxation: Category-wise age relaxation is as mentioned below
- SC/ST: 5 years
- OBC: 3 years
- PwBD (Unreserved): 10 years
- PwBD (OBC): 13 years
- PwBD (SC/ST): 15 years
Educational Qualification: Graduation Degree in any Discipline from a recognized University or any equivalent qualifications recognized by the Central Government.
Test of local language: The candidates applying for training seats of a particular State/UT, should be proficient (reading, writing, speaking, and understanding) in any one of the specified local languages of that State/UT.

Selection Process
Selection for engagement of apprentices would be based on the basis of following stages:
i) Online Examination
ii) Document Verification and
iii) Test of local language of the State
Online Examination
Note: There will be NO negative marks for wrong answers in the Objective tests.
Test of Local Language
- The candidates applying for training seats of a particular State/UT, should be proficient (reading, writing, speaking, and understanding) in any one of the specified local languages of that State/UT, as mentioned below.
- The test for knowledge of specified opted local language will be conducted as a part of selection process. It will be conducted after qualifying the online examination. Candidates who fail to qualify this test will not be eligible to be engaged for apprenticeship.
- Candidates who produce 10th or 12th standard mark sheet having studied the specified opted local language of the State/UT will not be required to undergo the language test.
