1. Name of post: Quantitative Investigator
No. of posts: 06
Remuneration: Rs. 20,000 per month (consolidated for data collection & entry work, including applicable tax)
Job Responsibilities:
- Translate and moderate research tools into Assamese.
- Administer structured survey tools via Kobo Toolbox and offline to project beneficiaries
- Ensure timely and accurate data collection and entry
- Perform daily checks and corrections on data
- Any other work as assigned related to the project
Educational Qualification:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree or higher in any discipline (preferably in Social Sciences or related fields).
- Fluency in Assamese is mandatory
Desirable Qualification:
- Experience: Preferably 2 projects done in survey data collection or field research.
- Experience of working in rural settings.
- Selected candidates should be willing to temporarily relocate or travel to the NRL project locations as required.
Skills Required:
- Basic knowledge of Google Forms and online survey platforms like Kobo Toolbox
- Ability to interact with diverse community groups
- Good communication and organisational skill
2. Name of post: Qualititative Investigator
No. of posts: 04
Remuneration: Rs.25,000 per month (consolidated for data collection & entry work, including applicable tax)
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth interviews and group discussions with beneficiaries
- Collect qualitative data through audio recordings (via mobile phones)
- Transcription and translation of the recordings
- Prepare narrative reports. Document best practices and success stories
Educational Qualification:
- Minimum Master’s degree in Social Work or any Social Science discipline.
- Fluency in Assamese is mandatory
Desirable Qualification:
- Experience: Preferably 2 projects done in survey data collection or field research.
- Experience of working in rural settings.
- Selected candidates should be willing to temporarily relocate or travel to the NRL project locations as required.
Skills Required:
- Strong narrative and interviewing skills
- Familiarity with transcription and thematic analysis
Selection Process
Shortlisted candidates shall be informed via email and/or WhatsApp to appear for the
