Educational Qualification:
- Project Head: Master’s degree in Science with a minimum 10 years of development project spearheading experience
- Implementation Associate-I: Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering graduate with minimum 5 years of experience in designing, implementation and impact assessment of Technology led development projects
- Implementation Associate-2: Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering graduate with minimum 5 years of experience in designing, implementation and impact assessment of Technology led development projects
- Quality Manager: Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology/ Chemistry/ Life Science/ Allied with minimum 3 years of experience managing field level projects, development of SOPs and implementing them
- Chemistry and Lab Expert: Bachelor’s degree with major in Chemistry with minimum 2 years of experience of Lab testing, certification and documentation
- Accountant: B. Com degree with minimum 5 years of experience of managing accounts of CSR projects
- MIS and Documentation Expert: Bachelor’s degree in Science/Humanities or Engg. graduate with a minimum 5 years of practical experience in designing, implementing and impact assessment of technology-led development projects
- Senior Support Supervision: Higher Secondary/ Intermediate with minimum 5 years of experience in nursery and cultivation of herbal plants and working with cooperatives, SHGs and FPOs for improve farming practices
- Subject Matter Expert-Gum Processing: Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engg. graduate with 3 years of experience in hygienic processing and managing technical reporting of CSR projects
- Field Manager: Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engg. graduate with 3 year of experience in small-scale processing and working with cooperatives, SHGs and FPOs for improve farming practices in different remote locations
- Subject Matter Expert-Waste Velorization: Master’s degree in Science or Engg. Minimum 3 years ofnexperience in waste valorization and managing technical reporting of CSR projects.
- Project Supervisor: Bachelor’s degree in Science/ Humanities or Engg. graduate with 3 years of experience in value chain development and working with cooperatives, SHGs and FPOs for improve farming practices
- Nutraceutical Expert: Bachelor’s degree in Science/ Humanities or Engg. graduate with 3 years of experience in nutraceuticals and managing technical reporting of CSR projects
- Program Lead: Master’s degree in Science/ Humanities with 3 years of experience or Engg. graduate 6 years of experience in agro or aquavoltaics and managing technical reporting of CSR projects.
- Community Lead: Bachelor’s degree in Science/ Humanities. Desired: 1 years of aquaculture and working with cooperatives, SHGs and FPOs for improving farming practices
- Field Coordinator: Master’s degree in Science/ Humanities or Bachelor’s degree in Science/ Humanities with 3 years of experience in developing and scaling cooperatives, SHGs and FPOs for improving business practices.
- Pearl Culture Consultant: Bachelor’s degree in Science/ Humanities with experience in Pearl culture
