Eligibility Criteria of BPCL Recruitment:

Essential Qualification:

- A four-year B.Tech/B.E/B.Sc Engineering degree is needed.
- For the Human Capital Management module, an MBA in HR or a similar 2-year full-time postgraduate degree is also required.
- Must have 4 years of total experience, including 2 years in business and 2 years in the relevant SAP S4/HANA module.
MS APP and SAP APP Development Consultants (Junior/Senior):
- A four-year B.Tech/B.E/B.Sc Engineering degree in Computer Science/IT or an MCA is required.
- Junior Consultants need a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
- Senior Consultants need a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.
SAP BASIS Consultant:
- A four-year B.Tech/B.E/B.Sc Engineering degree in Computer Science/IT or an MCA is required.
- Requires a minimum of 7 years of experience in SAP BASIS Administration.
