Pay scale: Level- 07 in the Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC.
Age Limit:
Educational Qualification: Degree in law of a recognized University.
Experience: Two years’ experience in handling Court cases and other legal matters or in handling matters of Trade marks and Geographical Indications.
Desirable Qualification: Master’s Degree in Intellectual Property of a recognized university.

Pay scale: Level- 07 in the Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC.
