The 21st edition of Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) will be conducted in offline mode i.e. pen-paper (OMR) based all over India in the specified cities. CTET Admit Card Release Date
Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) will release the admit card for the December edition of Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) 2026 on the official website, ctet.nic.in two days before the exam date.
The examination will be conducted in two shifts- the first one from 9.30 am to 12 noon and the second one from 2.30 pm to 5 pm.
There will be two papers. The first paper is for teaching position at classes I to V and paper II will be for classes VI to VIII.

How to Download CTET Admit Card ?
Candidates who submitted their online application for the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) may now able to download their admit cards for the CBT (Computer Based Test). The candidates may follow below mentioned steps to download their admit cards.
Step 01: Scroll down, go to Important Web-Link's section.
Step 02: Click on Download CTET Admit Card link.
Step 03: Official admit card portal will be opened.
Step 04: Enter the required credentials i.e. Application Number and Date of Birth / Password and submit the form.
Step 05: Your CTET Admit Card will be displayed.
Step 06: Take a print of the same and carry the admit card to the exam hall.
