Age Limit: The candidates should not be less than 18 years of age and not more than 40 years of age as on 01/01/2026.

- Candidate must have 3 years Diploma in Electrical Engineering from any technical institute recognized by AICTE.
- The Diploma course must be a regular course.

Resident-ship:
(i) The candidate must be a permanent resident of Assam.
(ii) The candidate must produce PRC issued in Assam for educational purpose/ Employment Exchange Registration certificate as proof of residency along with the application form.
Small Family Norms: The candidates have to submit a declaration regarding “The Small Family Norms” in Form-A at the time of applying for the post.
