Eligibility Criteria of SIDBI Recruitment
1. ACO - Brand Content & Marketing
Educational Qualification: MBA/ PGDM in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, or equivalent.
Experience Required: Min. 5 years of post-qualification experience in brand management, content marketing, and paid media. B2B marketing preferred.
2. ACO - Website & Martech
Educational Qualification: Graduate degree in Engg/ Computer Science OR MBA (Marketing Analytics, Digital Marketing).
Experience Required: Min. 5 years experience in website management, SEO, analytics, and Martech (GA4, CMS, CRM).
3. Audit Consultant
Educational Qualification: CA/ CMA from ICAI/ ICMAI OR M.Com with minimum 55% marks.
Experience Required: 2 years for CA/ CMA OR 3 years for M.Com in audit functions with reputed firms, Banks, or NBFCs.
Age Limit: The maximum age limit for all posts is 35 years.
Salary and Remuneration
SIDBI offers a highly competitive compensation package for these contractual roles. Depending upon the candidate's qualifications and overall suitability:
- For ACO (Brand/Martech) posts: Maximum CTC will be around Rs. 18 Lakhs per annum.
- For Audit Consultant: Maximum CTC will be around Rs. 15 Lakhs per annum.
Selection Process
The selection will be strictly on a merit basis. Merely fulfilling the minimum criteria does not guarantee an interview call.
- Shortlisting: The bank will conduct a preliminary screening of all applications received.
- Personal Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be invited for an Online Personal Interview.
- Merit List: Final selection will be based entirely on the scores obtained in the interview process.
