Pay: (PB- 1) 12000-52000/- G.P.3900/-
Educational Qualification: Candidates must have passed Class VIII but Candidates who have passed H.S. or above shall be ineligible to apply for the aforesaid post.
Age Limit: Candidates must not be less than 18 years of age or more than 40 years of age as on 01/01/2026. The upper age is relaxable as per Govt. norms.

Citizenship: Candidate must be an Indian Citizen as per the Constitution of India.

Selection Procedure
Eligible candidates shall have to appear in the Written Test of 50 marks, comprising of following subjects- English, General Awareness, Mathematical Ability, Aptitude and Assamese, followed by viva-voce for 20 marks.

a) The applicant have to submit standard form along with self-attested photocopies of all relevant testimonials regarding educational qualification, Experience certificate (wherever applicable), Caste, Age proof, Employment Exchange Registration Card, NOC from employer (wherever applicable) along with 02 (two) passport size photograph duly- signed by the candidate on the reverse side.
b) Envelope containing application must be super scribed in Block letters as "APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF PEON".
c) The candidates should mention their mobile number and c-mail id in the application form if available.
d) The applicants shall submit their applications in drop box which will be kept in front of the office of the District & Sessions Judge, Chirang, Kajalgaon or they may submit through Speed post/ ordinary postal service.
e) The last date of receipt of application form is 25/02/2026 up to 5:00 P.M.
