Educational Qualification: Applicant must be Class VIII passed or HSLC passed. Those, who have passed HSSLC or Class XII or equivalent examination or above shall not be eligible to apply.
Scale of Pay: PB-1 (12000/- to 52000/-) + GP 3900/- P.M + other allowances
Other Criteria of Dhubri Judiciary Recruitment
Citizenship: Candidate must be a citizen of India.
Employment Exchange Registration: The name of the candidate must be registered in the District Employment Exchange.
Age Limit: Candidate should not be less than 18 years and not more than 40 years as on 01-01-2026, relaxation of age will be admissible as per existing rules of the Government of Assam.
How to Apply for Dhubri Judiciary Recruitment?
a) The applications with self-attested photocopies of all relevant testimonials regarding Educational qualification, Experience certificate (wherever applicable), Caste, Age proof, Employment Exchange Registration Card, along with 03 (three) recent passport size coloured photographs (taken after 1st January, 2026) duly signed by the candidate on the reverse side, should reach the office of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dhubri, D.C. Court Building, P.S. & P.O. Dhubri, PIN 783301.
b) The candidates can submit their applications through post or directly in the “Drop Box” of the office of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dhubri.
c) Candidate must provide their email address and mobile phone number in the application form, without fail.
d) The candidate applying for the post of Chowkidar have to furnish a self-declaration certificate along with his/her application form mentioning that “he/she has not passed HSSLC or Class XII or Equivalent examination or above”.
e) The envelope containing the application form should mention the name of the post applied for indicating “Application for the post of Chowkidar” super-scribed on the top of the envelope.
f) he last date of receipt of application is 30.05.2026 till 05:00 P.M.
