Period of Training: Period of engagement shall be of twelve months.
Stipend: The rate of stipend payable to apprentices per month shall be Rs.12,300/- p.m. No other remuneration or benefit (monetary or non-monetary) will accrue or be payable apart from the stipend as mentioned above.
Eligibility Criteria of NIACL Recruitment
Citizenship: A candidate must be a citizen of India.
Age Limit: Age of the candidates should be minimum 21 years and maximum age is 30 years as on 01.06.2026 i.e. candidates must have been born not earlier than 02.06.1996 and not later than 01.06.2005 (both days inclusive).
Age Relaxation: Category-wise age relaxation is as follows
- SC/ ST: 5 years
- OBC-NCL: 3 years
- PwBD: 10 years
Educational Qualification: Candidates must have a Graduate degree in any discipline from a recognized University or any equivalent qualifications recognized as such by the Central Government. A candidate must have completed and have passing certificate for their graduation between 01.01.2022 and 01.06.2026 both dates being inclusive.
Experience: A candidate must be a fresher with no prior training experience.

Selection Process
The Selection Process of NIACL Apprentice posts consists of two stages: Online Written Test (objective type) of duration of 60 minutes and Regional Language Test.
