Eligibility Criteria:
1. Minimum 8th standard pass.
2. Minimum experience of 1 year in the same field.
Note: Candidates should bring all the original and one xerox copy of testimonials and experience certificates for verification along with a copy of CV and valid photo ID Proof.
Age Limit: Age should not be more than 55 years (as on 30th September,2025)
Remuneration range:
- The employee will be entitled to a consolidated remuneration of Rs. 14000- Rs. 22000 /- per month in respect of his services. Taxes as applicable will be dealt with as per applicable law.
- Travelling, Boarding & Lodging expenses for approved official tours will be reimbursed as per the HR policy.
- The provision of leave would be as per the HR policy.
Duration of contract: The engagement of the employee shall be for a period of eleven months initially, which shall be renewed on the basis of his performance. However, the decision of the Project Director is final and binding in this regard.
Place of Posting: Project Implementation Unit (PIU) of South East Guwahati Water Supply Project (SEGWSP) under Guwahati Metropolitan Drinking Water & Sewerage Board (GMDW&SB) in Guwahati.
Major Responsibility of the position:
- 1. Handling of front office and the front office register.
- 2. Taking charge of cleaning activities of the Office and cabins
- 3. Assist in arrangement of the office files.
- 4. Delivering of letters to different offices/departments.
- 5. Managing the refreshment arrangement of meetings/missions of office .
- 6. Assisting the staff and Officers as and when required.
