Eligibility Criteria of KKHSOU Recruitment 2026
Candidates must ensure they meet the educational qualifications prescribed by the UGC norms before appearing for the interview.
1. Assistant Professor (Contractual):
- Masters in relevant/ allied subjects with UGC Norms and NET/SLET or Ph.D.
2. Special Education:
For the post of Assistant Professor in Special Education, the following qualifications are mandatory:
Essential qualification:
- Master Degree in any discipline with atleast 50% marks
- M.Ed. in Special Education in the respective disability area, OR
- M.Ed (General) with a B.Ed. in Special Education in the respective disability area with valid RCI Registration
Desirable qualification:
- Ph.D. in Education/ Special Education
- UGC NET in Education/ Special Education
- Experience in ODL mode teaching/content development preferred
