Educational Qualification & Experience:

- AGM - Risk Management: B.Sc in Statistics/Economics or MBA Finance with 55% marks; Mandatory FRM/CFA/PRM; 10 years banking experience (5 years in Risk Management).
- AGM - Compliance / Risk Management: Similar to Risk Management; experience in Risk Management/Compliance.
- AGM - Asset Liability Management: BE/B.Tech or PG in Business Management/Finance/CA; Mandatory FRM/PRM/CFA; 10 years banking experience.
- AGM - Digital Risk & Analytics: Bachelor's in Math/Statistics or BE/B.Tech in Data Science; Preferred FRM/PRM/CFA; 10 years banking experience.
- AGM - Finance & Accounts: Mandatory CA with ICAI membership; 10 years in Scheduled Commercial Bank.
- AGM - Credit Officer: CA/CFA/CMA or PG in Banking/Finance; 10 years post-qualification experience in Corporate Credit.
Age Limit: Minimum 33 years, Maximum 45 years as on 31-03-2026.
Age Relaxation: The category-wise age relaxation is as mentioned below.
- Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe: 5 years
- Other Backward Classes: 3 years
- PwBD:10 Years
