1. Name of post: Procurement Specialist

Educational Qualification:
- Engineering, commerce graduate with MBA or Masters degree/ Post Graduate Diploma (minimum two years duration) in any discipline from any Govt. recognized university/ institution
- Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in project procurement and contract management.
- Experience of procurement rules of the World Bank/Externally Aided Project(EAP)
- Proven experience in preparing procurement plans, Bid documents , preparing evaluation reports and contracts as per Bank SBD and managing procurement processes
- Thorough Knowledge of procurement through GEM and Assam tenders
- Ability to upload bids on GEM and Assam tenders
- Thorough knowledge on GFR, Assam Public Procurement Act 2017 and Assam Public Procurement Rule 2020, CVC Guideline, GEM
Salary: Rs. 1,20,000/- to Rs. 1,50,000/-
2. Name of post: Quality Expert [Quality and Pedagogy]

Educational Qualification:
- Postgraduate degree in child development / Early Childhood care and Education/ psychology / Education/ Social sciences/ Development studies from a recognised university.
- B.Ed. from any recognized university. (Degree/ Diploma in pre-primary education from any recognised university or reputed national-level organization will be preferred).
Experience:
- A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in development or social sector projects, with demonstrated ability to work in mission mode initiatives. (Prior experience in missionmode early childhood care or education projects will be considered an added advantage).
- Proven expertise in MS Office
Pay Scale: Rs. 30,000/- to 1,10,000/- + Grade Pay Rs. 13300/-
