Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) has released an employment notification for the recruitment of 358 Graduate Apprentice Trainee – Engineering vacancy in Civil/ Mechanical/ Electrical/ Instrumentation disciplines at Locations spread across India for a period of one year as per provision of Apprentices Act,1961 and the Rules thereof. Eligibility Criteria of HPCL Apprentice Recruitment
Nationality: Candidates must be an Indian citizen only.
Educational Qualification: Candidates must be an Engineering Graduate in Civil/ Mechanical/ Electrical/ Instrumentation disciplines with 60% aggregate marks of all semesters/ years for Gen/OBC-NC and 50%for SC/ST/PwBD/(VH/HH/OH/MD) Candidates.
Other Criteria: Only the candidates registered and approved on the National Apprenticeship Training scheme (NATS 2.0) web portal and by Board of Apprenticeship Training (BOAT) will be considered for selection to undergo Apprenticeship Training.
Age Limit: Age of the candidates must be between 18 years to 25 years as on 31st July 2026.
Other Criteria: Only the candidates registered and approved on the National Apprenticeship Training scheme (NATS 2.0) web portal and by Board of Apprenticeship Training (BOAT) will be considered for selection to undergo Apprenticeship Training.
Age Limit: Age of the candidates must be between 18 years to 25 years as on 31st July 2026.
Age Relaxation: Category-wise age relaxation is as mentioned below.
- SC/ ST: 5 years
- OBC: 3 years
- PwBD: 10 years
