1. Bench Assistant
No of posts: 01 post
Pay Scale: PB-Rs. 14000-70000. GP-6200/- and other allowances as per Govt. rules.
Educational Qualification: The candidates must have passed Higher Secondary School Leaving Certificate (HSSLC) Examination, satisfactory character antecedents of and having 06 months diploma in computer applications from Govt. recognized institute and must be computer literate.
2. LDA

Eligibility of Biswanath Judiciary Recruitment
Age Limit: The candidate must not be less than 18 years and more than 40 years of age as on 01.01.2026.
Age Relaxation: The upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST(P)/ST(H) candidate and 3 years for OBC/MOBC candidates.
Nationality: Candidates must be an Indian Citizen as defined in Article 5 to 8 of the Constitution of India.
Selection Process of Biswanath Judiciary Recruitment
Note: On the basis of the grand total marks (out of 100) obtained by the candidates in the written Test (out of 75) and computer proficiency test (out of 25 marks) the final selection will be made.
Exam Date: The Eligible applicants have to appear for the written test tentatively on 22nd November, 2026 followed by a skill test (Computer proficiency test) of the successful candidates. Date is to be notified later on through Newspaper and Notice Board of the office of the Member FT 1st Biswanath at Biswanath Chariali.
