Stream-wise vacancy:
- Telecom stream: 95 posts
- Finance stream: 25 posts
Pay scale: Rs 24900/- to Rs 50500/-
Eligibility Criteria of BSNL Recruitment
Age Limit: As per the Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited Recruitment Notification, Candidate should have a minimum age of 21 years and Maximum of 30 years.
Age Relaxation (as per Government Rules):
- OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 years
- SC/ST: 5 years
- PwBD (General): 10 years
- PwBD (OBC): 13 years
- PwBD (SC/ST): 15 years
- Ex-Servicemen: As per Government of India regulations
Educational Qualification:
i) Telecom stream: Bachelor of Engineering / Bachelor of Technology degree or equivalent engineering degree with minimum 60% marks on a regular full-time basis in any of the following discipline:
- Electronics and Telecommunications
- Electronics
- Computer Science
- Information Technology
- Electrical
- Instrumentation
or combination of these disciplines as core with other associated emerging branches
ii) Finance stream:
- Chartered Accountant (CA)/ Cost & Management Accountancy (CMA)
- Tne candidates applying for SET DR) should be Indian National and| Snould possess the requisite educational qualification from an Indian Institute / University established by/ under Act of the Gentral/State Government in India or
- other educational institute established by an act of Parliament or declared to be deemed University under Section 3 of UGC Act, 1956 and shouid have completed the course as on the closing date of receipt of application.

Selection Process of BSNL Vacancy
Candidates who meet the required eligibility criteria will be invited for the Written Exam based on category-wise and position-wise merit lists, determined by the cut-off marks set in the BSNL Senior Executive Trainee 2025 Recruitment Selection Process.
- Written Exam (CBT) – Objective Type Questions
- Document Verification DV – Shortlisted candidates must present original documents supporting their eligibility.
BSNL Senior Executive Trainee Syllabus
Qualifying Marks (Expected):
- General/ EWS: 45%
- OBC: 40%
- SC/ ST/ PwBD: 35%
Exam Duration: 3 Hours
Negative Marking: 0.25 marks for each wrong answer
