1. Manager (Human Resource)
No of posts: 01
Educational Qualification: University degree, OR equivalent higher Educational Qualification preferably in Human Resources, Social Sciences, MBA or a related discipline.
Other Requirement:
- Knowledge of employment law and other government compliance regulations in India.
- Attention to detail, ability to solve problems independently, and persistent in accurately performing repetitive tasks, working diligently to complete processes efficiently.
- Demonstrated organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
- Self-starter and problem solver, comfortable with some self-direction.
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated trustworthiness and integrity.
- Proficient IT skills, including but not limited to Microsoft suite (PowerPoint, Word and Excel).
2. Research Associate
No of posts: 01
Educational Qualification: Master’s degree in Economics, Social Work or related development field. PhD is an additional asset.
Work Experience: Minimum 2- 3 years of experience and Prior knowledge and experience in research and research methodology.
Competencies:
Functional:
- Highly developed qualitative and quantitative research skills; knowledge of household surveys (Questionnaire design, sampling methodology and data analysis) is an additional asset.
- Strong analytical skills, and ability to rapidly analyse and integrate diverse information from varied sources;
- Computer literate; must be able to use the Internet and other research and applied econometric software such as STATA, effectively.
- Knowledge of SPSS and NVivo
- Identifies priority activities and assignments;
- Teamwork - excellent interpersonal, organizational and management skills and ability to work within multi-disciplinary teams.
- Development and Operational Effectiveness:
- Able to manage complex problems proactively and effectively, including responses to field-based emergencies;
- Ability to operate effectively in a changing and complex environment, and to produce results under stress;

3. Executive: Communication and Knowledge Management

Educational Qualification: Master’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, or equivalent from an institute of repute in India or Abroad
Work Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in communication management, content creation, and brand development in the development sector or related fields.
Skills:
- Good writing skills with the ability to be the voice of our organization across social media channels and other communication collaterals.
- Proficiency in creating visually appealing presentations and content using various software and tools.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong understanding of brand guidelines and their application across different communication channels.
- Experience in managing social media platforms and digital communication strategies.
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively across teams and departments.
- A working knowledge of email tools (e.g. MailChimp), WordPress, MS Office, social media analytics, etc.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to align communication efforts with organizational goals.

4. Graphic Designer

Educational Qualification: Graduate/Diploma in Graphic Design or Bachelor/Masters in fine art, BCA, MCA with 3-4 years of experience in NGO, Media & Advertisement agency
Other Requirement:

- Experience and knowledge working in design software like Coral Draw, Illustrator, and In Design
- Sound knowledge and skill working on PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- Excellent knowledge of multiple designer platforms for website, newsletter, etc.

5. Sales Executive

Educational Qualification: Graduate/ BBA (Marketing)/ MBA (Marketing). Candidates with prior sales experience will be preferred.

Educational Qualification: BVSc (min).
Experience: Min 2 years. Industry work experience shall be preferred. Candidates with work ex. In Poultry & Piggery sector shall be preferred.
Skills: Clinical & non-clinical skills, Documentation & communication skills, Negotiation, Goal orientation, Self motivation, ability to work unsupervised, Training skills, Training management, Team Management, Knowing Mizo & Assamese language would be a plus.
