Seven Sisters Development Assistance (SeSTA) Recruitment
1. Name of post: Programme Associate
No. of posts: 01
Minimum Qualification: Minimum qualification of graduate degree (10+2+3) with 50 % marks for GENERAL and 45% for SC/ ST and OBC in any discipline
Experience: 1 year
Salary: Gross Salary will be approximately Rs. 17,000 per month + Travel bill as per actual (First 6 months will be on probation).
2. Name of post: Agriculture Expert
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture (B.Sc. Agriculture) from a recognized university. A Master’s Degree (M.Sc.) in Horticulture, Plant Pathology, Entomology, or related disciplines will benan added advantage. Preference will be given to candidates with specialization in Horticulture, Plant Protection, Plant Pathology, Entomology, Agronomy, or Soil Science.
- Minimum 2–5 years of relevant field experience in horticulture development, crop advisory services, Integrated Pest Management (IPM), Integrated Nutrient Management (INM), or sustainable agriculture.
Salary: Negotiable
3. Name of post: SMS- Veterinary
Eligibility Criteria: B.V.Sc. & A.H. – Bachelor of Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry. 2-3 years of post qualification experience.
Salary: Negotiable
4. Name of post: Marketing Expert
Eligibility Criteria:
- MBA (Marketing/ Agri-Business/ Rural Management), M.Com/ M.Sc (Agriculture/ Agri Business Management) , BBA/ B.Com/ B.Sc (Agriculture), or any other relevant academic discipline will be preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Agri-Marketing, FPO/ FPC promotion, value chain development, market linkage, or agribusiness operations.
Salary: Rs. 42,600/- (Negotiable as per experience)
5. Name of post: Integrator (IT, MIS & MEL)
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 16 years of Education with a professional degree like B.Tech (CS/ IT) or a post graduate degree like MSC-IT, MCA with 50% marks for GENERAL and 45% for SC/ ST and OBC.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in the Development and IT Sector.
Salary: Negotiable
6. Name of post: Software Developer
Eligibility Criteria: B.Tech/ B.E./ MCA/ M.Sc. in Computer Science, IT, Electronics & Communications, or a related field 3–5 years of professional software development experience
Salary: Negotiable
7. Name of post: MIS Associate
Eligibility Criteria: Minimum qualification of graduate degree (10+2+3) with 50 % marks for GENERAL and 45% for SC/ ST and OBC.
Salary: Gross Salary will be approximately Rs. 17,000 per month + Travel bill as per actual (First 6 months will be on probation).
