Minimum Qualification: Minimum qualification of graduate degree (10+2+3) with 50 % marks for GENERAL and 45% for SC/ST and OBC in any discipline

Experience: 1 year

Salary: 2.4 LPA

Job Roles:


1. Community mobilization

2. Institution building – Self Help Group (SHG), Village Organization (VO), Producer Group (PG), Farmers Producer Organization (FPO), Cluster Level Federation (CLF)

3. Strengthening of community institutions and women collectives

4. Family Based Livelihood Planning (FBLP)

5. Promote scientific livelihood intervention among women farmers – System of Rice Intensification (SRI), System of Crop Intensification (SCI), Nutrition Garden, Orchard Development, Bamboo Plantation, Scientific Goat Rearing, Scientific Pig Rearing, Back yard poultry, Mushroom Cultivation and any other relevant livelihood activity for the area placed in

6. Credit linkage

7. Capacity Building of community cadres

8. Support in conducting monthly review and planning meeting of community cadres

9. Facilitating different trainings in the community

10. Engage in distributing support materials to the community

11. Monitoring the revolving fund process in the community institutions

12. Record keeping and maintaining documentation

13. Maintenance of Register –Stock Register, Training Register

14. Data Maintenance of targets vs achievements

15. Data keeping of stock maintenance, loan distribution, loan refund of the community institutions and bank related documentation works

16. Maintenance of Attendance Register and Monthly Leave Status Sheet

17. Maintenance of Accounts related documents (Advance requisition forms, Bill Settlement & Receipts and Acknowledgements)

18. Participant list of Training

19. Adhering to SeSTA’s benchmark and standards in different interventions

20. Updating monthly plan in the MIS system of SeSTA

21. Building linkage with different stakeholders (Agriculture Department, Krishi Vigyan Kendra KVK, Veterinary Department, Fishery Department, Irrigation Department, Gaon Panchayat/ VCDC, Block Office, BMMU of NRLM, Bank) and working in convergence

Seven Sisters Development Assistance (SeSTA) www.sesta.org is a professionally managed, non-governmental, not-for-profit organization initiated by a group of young professionals engaged in different parts of North-East India. The name SeSTA is pronounced ‘Chesta’ and means ‘Effort’ in Assamese. 
 
It was begun with the idea of enhancing the capabilities of vulnerable communities by creating a just and equitable society devoid of poverty and identity-related crises, and by promoting and strengthening institutions in the north-eastern region of India. SeSTA’s mission is to catalyse inclusive and sustainable development in the North-East region of India by enhancing the capabilities of the rural communities.
