Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IndianOil) has released a recruitment notification for the recruitment of 470 Graduate Engineer, Officer (Marketing), Officer (Law), Assistant Quality Control Officer and Diploma Engineer Posts in the different disciplines under IndianOil. The online application process for IOCL Executive Recruitment 2026 will be started from 14th August 2026 to 3rd September 2026.

The relaxation of upper age limit for reserved categories are as follows:

Educational Qualification:

Name of post	Education Qualification
Graduate Engineer (Grade A)	Full-time regular B.E./B.Tech./equivalent degree in the respective branch of engineering with minimum 65% marks (55% for SC/ST/PwBD).
Officer – Marketing (Grade A)	2-year full-time MBA / PGDBA with specialization in Marketing Management with minimum 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PwBD).
Officer – Law (Grade A)	Graduation + 3-year LLB or 5-year Integrated LLB from a BCI-recognized university with minimum 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PwBD).
Assistant Quality Control Officer (Grade A0)	Full-time Master’s Degree (M.Sc.) in Chemistry (Inorganic, Organic, Analytical, Physical, Applied, Industrial) with minimum 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PwBD).
Diploma Engineer (Grade E0)	Full-time 3-year Diploma in relevant engineering disciplines with minimum 65% marks (55% for SC/ST/PwBD).

Application Fee 

Candidates have to pay an examination fee as mentioned below as per their categories or community:

Selection Process

The selection process of IOCL Executive Recruitment 2026 shall comprise of following stages:

Computer Based Test (CBT)

 

The Computer Based Test (CBT) will comprise 100 objective-type multiple-choice questions, distributed as follows:
