1. Name of post: Finance Coordinator

Essential Skills & Capabilities:
- Proven effective financial management, preferably in non-profit organisations for a minimum of 6-7 years.
- Experience in grant reporting and donor compliance.
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Leadership and team management capabilities.
- Excellent written and communication skills in English.
Salary: 40,000/- to 45,000/-
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead financial planning processes including budgeting, forecasting, fund allocation, and risk management.
- Manage and monitor organisational and project budgets, including variance analysis and corrective actions.
- Oversee accounting, bookkeeping, and preparation of financial statements across all offices.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (FCRA, Income Tax, EPF, ESIC, etc.) and timely renewals.
- Coordinate audits, strengthen internal controls, and address financial risks.
- Prepare and submit donor-specific financial reports and ensure alignment with donor guidelines
- Manage bank accounts, treasury operations, and financial assets.
- Conduct financial monitoring, team coordination, and capacity-building across 3 states.
- Participate in organisational processes, meetings, and decision-making forums.
Base Location: Guwahati, Assam, with duty station at regular intervals in Meghalaya and Nagaland.
2. Name of post: Fundraising Consultant

Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the development of a long-term fundraising and resource mobilisation strategy for a women’s organisation.
- Develop frameworks and templates for writing fundraising proposals in consultation with team.
- Identify and conduct resource mapping of donors and funders (national, international, bilateral and CSR among others) .
- Develop communication materials for fund raising activities.
- Sustain networking, relationship building and communication with potential donors.
Essential Skills & Capabilities:
- Proven successful track record in fundraising for non-profit sector for 2 years (Enclose illustration) .
- Excellent organisational management ,written and verbal communication skills related to this position. Fluency in English language is essential.
- Knowledge of women’s issues in the north east region of India is an added value.
- Ability to function under a challenging multicultural work environment and travel to Meghalaya and Nagaland as necessary.
- Participate in capacity building programmes of the organisation.
Duration: 20 days per month.
